Thank you for saving both my life and that of my baby on December 8th.  We signed up for the $35 service just a few months ago never thinking we would actually need it as I had the most enviously easy pregnancy and no risk of complications.  I ended up getting preeclampsia and unexpectedly became very sick, very quickly, and sent by your fixed wing plane to Rogue Valley Medical Center (from Klamath Falls) where we had our 2lb, 8oz little boy by emergency c-section on December 12th.  We named him Giovanni Victor Angelo Cascamo.  You were able to assist in getting me up to Rogue early enough to give me a steroid shot that helped developed our baby's lungs so that he has not had to go on a respirator except for a short time the day of his birth.  He will be at the NICU at Rogue Valley through February.  He is doing extraordinarily well and so far we have not had any major complications. 
When your paramedic (Dan?) and your nurse met me at the hospital both were conversational within my abilities to ensure that I felt extraordinarily comfortable throughout what could've been a very scary experience.  If you could somehow either forward this email or put me in contact with those who assisted me I would love to show them photos of our little boy.  I had no clue how truly sick I was or how serious preeclampsia was to both me and my baby but I am quickly realizing the severity and so grateful for your program.
In addition if you could put me in touch with your owner I would love to talk with him about ways to help market your membership in Klamath Falls.  He did a presentation to Leadership Klamath about a year ago and I would like to make sure that everyone has this Emergency Airlift program.  I am finding that several people want to sign up but they put it on the back burner and will eventually get around to it.  I actually waited almost ten months from his presentation to sign up myself and I think it's so important that everyone participate!
