Gift Certificates

How do I order?

To order an Emergency Airlift gift certificate online please fill out the name and address of the person you would like to give the membership to. Then pay $35.00 online. Once we have received your payment we will either mail the certificate directly to you or mail the certificate out to the person you have specified below.

How does it work?

Once we have received your gift certificate request we will send you or the person you specify an Emergency Airlift gift certificate along with a new membership form. The membership form has additional information that we require which must come directly from the new member in order to have coverage.

The new member must fill out the Emergency Airlift form and send it back to us with the gift certificate or simply drop it by our corporate office in North Bend, OR. Once this is completed we will process the membership and issue Emergency Airlift Air Ambulance Membership Cards to all they have listed on their form, they will then have coverage for one year.

If we do not receive the completed form within 30 days we will follow-up with a reminder to the new member. If we do not receive the completed application within 60 days we will contact you for a full refund.

How much does it cost?

$35.00 per year for the entire household (member, spouse and eligible unmarried family members who live at the same address and are listed on their income tax as legal dependents).
